The staff is so gracious and skilled. There is a transfer to take you in for shopping etc. Our room was overlooking the dolphin lagoon. Very spacious and great bathroom, large TV that swung out for viewing. This is what other hotels strive to be. This is my favorite hotel to date!

Really good hotel and resort, friendly staff and good service, kids friendly, there are sea turtles and dolphins in the resort which are open for all guests. This hotel should be your first choice if you enjoy city life. My Tip: Higher floors have better views.

Very happy with out stay, great location on sea front. Comfy bed, quiet room and good food. The standard of accommodation and service we experienced during our stay was truly outstanding. The friendliness of all the staff we encountered was exceptional. Have already booked to return!
